60-Day Returns
You can return your order within 60 days of receipt. Our goal is your complete satisfaction!
✅ Manufacturer Defects or Order Errors
If your item has a manufacturer defect, or if we made an error with your order:
- Free return shipping – we cover it in full.
- Full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
↩ Change-of-Mind Returns
If you changed your mind or no longer need the item (no defect):
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from your original order amount.
- A 35% inspection / restocking / refurbishing / repacking fee will be charged.
Fee may be waived or reduced: If the returned item has no significant damage and can be used as a demo or sample unit, we may waive or adjust this fee based on the product’s condition.
Conditions for All Returns
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included parts, hardware, and accessories.
- Our team will inspect all returned items. We understand the work environment our products are used in, so minor scratches, stains, and small damage that do not affect normal use are acceptable.
- If there is significant damage, our team will evaluate whether the item meets the return criteria to ensure a fair resolution.
