Shipping & Delivery Times

  • Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed. While we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, unexpected delays (such as carrier disruptions or weather conditions) may affect delivery times.
  • We guarantee shipment within 2 business days after receiving your order.

Estimated Delivery Times After Shipment

  • Flat Rate Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • Truck Shipping (for heavy/oversized items): 10–20 business days
  • Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and rural areas may take longer.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Large items cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses.
  • Items over 70 lbs. cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

Ownership & Liability After Shipment

  • Once JR AIR TOOLS hands over the package to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.
  • If any issues arise during shipping, we will fully assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
  • After shipment, any modifications to the order (including address changes) are beyond our control, and we are not responsible for any additional costs incurred.
