  • Payment must be made in full before an order is processed and shipped. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by external factors such as weather, carrier delays, or supply chain disruptions.
  • We guarantee shipment within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer. We are not liable for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages during transit but will assist in filing claims with the carrier.
  • Address changes after shipment are not our responsibility, and any additional costs incurred due to incorrect addresses or redirection requests must be covered by the customer.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers may return products within 30 days of receiving their order, provided they meet our return conditions.
  • After 30 days, a 35% restocking fee applies, and return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all parts, hardware, and accessories included.
  • We reserve the right to inspect returned items and deny refunds if the product does not meet our return criteria.
  • Discontinued items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged if applicable.

5. Warranty & Liability

  • JR AIR TOOLS products are covered under a limited warranty, which varies by product type. Warranty coverage does not apply to normal wear and tear, improper use, unauthorized modifications, or accidental damage.
  • Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product at our discretion. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use.
