Most common air/hydraulic jacks are rated at 22 US tons. Our JR model is rated at 80/40 metric tons— more lifting power and a larger safety margin for heavy-duty truck service, fleet maintenance, and roadside tire work.
Up to 73% More Lifting Capacity
With a minimum height of only 7-1/2 inches, the JR80/40 Ton jack fits lower than many standard 22-ton jacks, which are typically around 8-3/4 to 9-3/4 inches.
Even with a fully loaded heavy truck stranded roadside with a flat tire — our jack fits under, lifts up, no problem.
The JR80/40 Ton jack has a ram travel of 7 inches, compared with many typical 22-ton jacks that offer only about 5 to 5-5/8 inches of travel. The longer stroke gives mechanics more usable lifting range.
Reduces the need for repositioning during the job
Our jack requires compressed air to lower. Without air supply, the lifting piston will not suddenly descend — even if the external air line or components are disconnected.
Piston Will NOT Drop Without Air Supply — Built-In Safety by Design
Every JR AIR TOOLS jack comes with a 2-year limited warranty and an easy 60-day return period, giving you confidence before and after your purchase.
