Product Details
At only 6.5" (165 mm) tall, this jack slides under a fully loaded semi even with a blown-out flat tire — when ground clearance is at its absolute lowest.
Fits Where Others Won't — 6.3" Entry Height
A 6.5" (165 mm) minimum entry height is purpose-built for flat tire roadside service. When a semi drops on a blown steer or drive tire, clearance disappears fast — this jack still gets under. No cribbing, no waiting for another jack.
Full Load, Flat Tire — No Problem
Rated 80 Ton — handles fully loaded Class 8 tractors and trailers at maximum GVW. Whether it's a steer axle at the roadside or a drive axle in the shop, it lifts the real weight, not just the empty frame.
Built for Commercial Truck Tire Service
The standard for commercial truck tire shops and fleet maintenance bays. Positions precisely under front steer axles, drive axles, trailer axles, and frame rails of 18-wheelers — even under extreme low-clearance conditions caused by flat tires, overloads, or suspension drop.

★ 6.5" entry height fits under flat-tire low-clearance conditions on fully loaded Class 8 vehicles.
Most common air/hydraulic jacks are rated at 22 US tons. Our JR-80/40 model is rated at 80/40 metric tons— more lifting power and a larger safety margin for heavy-duty truck service, fleet maintenance, and roadside tire work.
80/40 Tons vs. Standard 22 US Tons — Up to 73% More Lifting Capacity
The JR-80/40 has a minimum height of only 7.5 inches, while many standard 22-ton jacks are around 8.5 to 9.75 inches. For even lower clearance, our 3-stage low-profile model can go as low as 6.5 inches.
Even with a fully loaded heavy truck stranded roadside with a flat tire — our jack fits under, lifts up, no problem.
Our standard ram travel is 7 inches, compared with many typical 22-ton jacks that offer only about 5 to 5-5/8 inches of travel. The longer stroke gives mechanics more usable lifting range.
Our jack requires compressed air to lower. Without air supply, the lifting piston will not suddenly descend — even if the external air line or components are disconnected.
Piston Will NOT Drop Without Air Supply — Built-In Safety by Design
Every JR AIR TOOLS jack comes with a 2-year limited warranty and an easy 60-day return period, giving you confidence before and after your purchase.
