We had a great experience with Jackson. He is a great person and really stands behind the product. We had a small issue with the jack, but it was not their fault — it was caused by our mechanic being careless during use. Since we were still in their 1-month trial period, Jackson came out and replaced the part for us for free.
The jack itself is very solid and works great. We really like it. On top of that, the customer service and after-sales support were excellent. It is hard to find a company that actually takes care of customers like this. Very happy with the jack and the service.
we had an oversized load with a flat tire and need road side service. non of our other jacks could handle the job but this one did it without any problem,. it lifts strong and honestly saved us a lot of trouble. we bought more for our shop and also recommended it to our friend. nice jack
Love this jack. I bought my first one last year at the Mid-America Trucking Show, and I came back and bought more this year. The quality is solid, it works great for truck service, and the jack feels much more stable and reliable than a lot of others I’ve used. Customer service has also been excellent — very responsive and helpful. Great product, great service, and definitely worth the money. Highly recommend.
We used to run a different brand 22 ton jack at our tire shop but switched to the JR Air Tools 35/25 ton and honestly it's been so much better. Use it every single day now. Works great, no issues. Loved it.
Grabbed this at the Mid-America Trucking Show and just got around to opening it up. Haven't had a chance to really put it through its paces yet but first impression is solid — well built, feels heavy duty. Will definitely come back and update this review once I've used it more. So far so good!
Great product at superior price.
Super simple to get going — just attach the air hose and thread on the ram rod and nut, that's basically it. I will say the packaging could be a bit more refined but it's acceptable. The jack itself performs great, lifts my truck smooth and easy. Very happy with it.

My jack arrived with some damage — but honestly I don't blame the seller at all, this thing is HEAVY and I'm pretty sure it's a UPS handling issue.
